CNAME Records in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting plan through our company and you want to set up a CNAME record, it'll take you just a few clicks to make it happen. You can access the DNS records for all domains and subdomains hosted within your account through the Hepsia Control Panel offered with every single plan and adding a new record is as basic as clicking on a button, picking out the type, that will be CNAME in this case, entering the actual record value and saving the change. If you've never added this type of record before, we have a Help section with a detailed video tutorial that you can watch, or you can just contact us and we'll help you with this task. If you have set up a site via another company, you want to use a private URL for your webmail or you would like to designate a subdomain to be used with the services of a different provider, like Google Apps, all it takes is setting up a CNAME record with a couple of mouse clicks in your CP.
CNAME Records in Semi-dedicated Hosting

To set up a CNAME record, you will simply have to select the record type and the hostname (domain or subdomain), input where the latter will be forwarded to and save the modification. The new record is going to be active almost right away in our system and will propagate worldwide within a few hours.
